The following refund policy applies to all the transactions held online & offline with JoyfulMinds ;
1. In lieu of cancelled transaction , JoyfulMinds will refund the entire amount within 7 days of such cancellation request , such request will be honoured only based on cancelling the appointment 48 hrs before the scheduled online appointment .
2. Client will have to produce the transaction id for JoyfulMinds to process the refund request , barring which no refund can be claimed.
3. All cancellations are at the discretion of the company and transactions will be scrutinised and evaluated based on the circumstances in which the cancellation request arose & refund was claimed.
4. For fraudulent transactions, refund request need to be sent in writing to support@joyfulminds.com whereby , on careful examination and evaluation such refund request will be processed within 7 days of the request being received .
5. This Refund policy is subjected to change and alterations as suited by JoyfulMinds.
6. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of accepting refund requests .
7. All refunds will be credited directly into the account through which the transaction was initiated.
8. Refund will only take place in form of digital/bank transfer & no other mode of transaction.
